who has proven excellent
service and great rates or you can use one
of your choice if preferred.
Getting a loan pre-approval before you even start searching for a
home is the first thing you should do. This allows you to
see how much home you can really afford and what monthly payments
you will be comfortable with after estimated closing cost are
calculated in like property taxes, mortgage insurance, maintenance
fees, association fees etc.

daily emails of daily hot new listings or price reductions that matches your
criteria. Don't waste your time looking at "For Sale" ads or

your subject property and surroundings to make sure you are not

the recently last SOLD, In Escrow and Currently Active to justify

written Purchase Contract
with all necessary attached contract addendums, pre-approval
loan letter and other docs to make your offer look strong to the
seller. A sloppy or weak written contract can or usually
will cost you your
dream home when competing among other interested well prepared smart
buyers. Work with an agent who knows what there doing.

I'll Open Escrow
with all necessary documents,
addendums, earnest money deposit and executed files as soon as we
have an accepted contract with the seller and hand deliver these
important docs to the escrow company personally.

schedule
all inspections which are required in the purchase contract and
done promptly and make sure they are completed before the
contingency deadline dates.
